Prof. Dr. Violeta Bojanova is the President of the Agricultural Academy. She holds a PhD degree in Crop Plant Breeding and is a professor at the Institute of Field Crops (IPC) - Sofia. She is a professor of Crop Sciences at the University of Chirpan. She has many years of administrative and expert experience. She is the Chairperson of the Publishing Council of the SAA and the Standing Committee on Innovation and Technology of the Academy. He is the author of over 90 scientific publications, co-author of 4 varieties of durum and 1 variety of common wheat, 4 technologies and 1 methodology. He has been a lecturer at the Thracian University - Stara Zagora since 2009.
